INTRODUCTION
Eight separate tools comprise HTML PowerTools for Windows. These
are powerful HTML development tools for Windows, for use
alongside your HTML or text editor. They include customizable
offline HTML validation and link checking, HTML-aware search and
replace, site-wide META tag management, automatic HTML file "last
modified date" stamping, IMG tag automatic width, height, and ALT
insertion, HTML to text batch conversion, and much more.

While each tool is separate in purpose, many work together.
They are intended to be used as a 'suite' of utilities to
assist you - the HTML developer. Their primary purpose is
to automate difficult or time-consuming tasks that you are
now doing manually.

INSTALLATION
If you received this product on disk or CD-ROM, simply run
SETUP.EXE. If you downloaded a self-installing EXE version,
you have already installed the product.

If you downloaded a ZIP version, please do the following:

1. Place all files included in the distribution ZIP file in a
   temporary directory on your hard disk.

2. Run SETUP.EXE from Windows.

3. After installation, you may delete all the files from the
   temporary directory.

4. Run the HTML PowerTools Launch Pad from the HTML PowerTools
   group (under the Start Menu's Programs group).


UN-INSTALLATION
To remove this application from your system, use Windows 95's
Uninstall facility (Control Panel, Add/Remove Programs). If
you manually delete the program directory before trying this,
Windows will not be able to uninstall the other components.

There is no automatic uninstall for Windows 3.x.

This software is distributed freely for evaluation purposes
only. Any individual or company wishing to use this software
for its intended purpose after a 30-day evaluation period is
required to register the software with OppoSite Software.
